Marcus & Millichap announced today the sale of a Dunkin' Anchored Center, a11,010-square foot multi-retail property located in Mount Prospect, Illinois. The asset sold for $3,600,000. Sean Sharko, senior managing director investments, Austin Weisenbeck, senior managing director investments of Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a Chicagoland-based limited liability company. The buyer, a local private investor, was secured and represented by Sharko and Weisenbeck.
